Ukulhas is of the most favourite touristic islands of Ari Atol. From Male airport is reachable in 1,5 h by speedboat. The island has middle size and about 900 local people is living there. Tourism started already in 2013 so this island is one of the most clean local islands in Maldives.
Big advantage of the island is huge bikini beach, where is snorkeling possible from. You can see many coral fishes, corals, turtles or baby sharks right from the beach. On the island is small hospital, some shops and restaurant, coffees, children playground and even gym. Also you find there 2 diving centers.
Hotel was opened in 2017 and his possition is right by the bikini beach. So you need just about 1-2 minutes walk to find some beach chairs with umbrella for you. Those are for free as well as the snorkeling equipment and beach towels.
Hotel offeres 25 new and cozy, modern equiped rooms in more cathegories: double deluxe rooms, balcony suites with gardenview or seaview, family apartments and TOP grand ocean view suite or jacuzzi suite with terasse.
There is 24h open reception and fully equiped restaurant with outside and inside seating, where is full board served in form of rich buffet. You can find there local as well as international food. We do recommend it highly to all our guests. Drinking water is unlimited for the guests.

The island has a beautiful, sandy beach. It extends over the entire western side of the island. The beach is separated from the rest of the island by a palm grove that offers plenty of shade from the sun. The length of the beach is more than 2 km.

On the island, you will find restaurants and cafes that offer, in addition to local food, Indian, Thai, as well as Western and Eastern cuisine. There are bars around the beach where you can have soft drinks, fresh juices or a young coconut. Bars offer only soft drinks.
Transportation Prices from the Airport to Ukulhas.
Twice daily at 10:30 (except Fridays, when it’s at 9:30 and 15:30) and 16:00.
For larger groups or if the shared speedboat schedule doesn’t fit, we can arrange a private speedboat for $850 USD for up to 18 people.
Ukulhas to Bodufolhudhoo / Rasdhoo:
Daily shared speedboat between the islands for $15 USD per person – only about 20 minutes’ journey.
Ukulhas to Thoddoo:
For a combination of Thoddoo and Ukulhas islands, we can arrange a private speedboat for $250 USD for up to 10 people.
On Mondays and Thursdays, the public ferry 303 departs at 14:00 from Ukulhas – arriving at 16:20 in Thoddoo. On Sundays and Wednesdays, it departs at 6:30 from Thoddoo – arriving at 8:35 in Ukulhas.
It’s necessary to verify the ferry a day in advance as it’s not reliable.
Ukulhas to Mathiveri:
For a combination of Ukulhas and Mathiveri islands, we can arrange a private speedboat.
Daily except on Tuesdays and Fridays, the ferry 301 should depart at 8:35 from Mathiveri – arriving at 9:35 in Ukulhas and at 14:00 from Ukulhas – arriving at 15:00 in Mathiveri.
It’s necessary to verify the ferry a day in advance as it’s not reliable.
Ukulhas to Feridhoo:
